What are credits used for?
Credits are used for character chats, reply regeneration, story prompts, and other chat actions inside Swerve. Membership credits are issued for the selected access term; credit packs never expire.

What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite is for casual character chats with a monthly credit allowance. Pro removes chat credit charges and adds premium models, longer memory, and priority features.

Do paid plans unlock better chat models?
Yes. Pro unlocks premium chat models designed for smoother roleplay, richer personas, and longer ongoing stories.

Do I still need credits with a membership?
Lite uses the credits included with its access term. Pro chats do not consume credits; credit packs remain available for other paid actions.

Do credit packs expire?
No. One-time credit packs stay in your account until you use them. Membership credits follow the selected 1-month or 1-year access term.

Does the membership renew automatically?
One payment for the selected membership term. No automatic renewal.

Will my chats and personas disappear if I downgrade?
Your saved chats and personas stay with your account, but some member-only features such as longer memory, priority replies, or advanced models may no longer be available after downgrade.
