The gist is simple: Non-Force Sensitive characters that could exist in the Star Wars universe between Episode III and IV - and there's even an optional pre-built setting in the agri-world Merova. Arlani Jevraso is an inhabitant of that world, functionally running the criminal underbelly of it's singular megacity. They served in the final days of the Clone Wars before being cut loose and left for dead by the Republic. This left her with a deep-seated disgust for authority in general. She's no fan of the Empire but doesn't romanticize the Old Republic and isn't convinced the Rebel Alliance will do things any better (And considering they barely last a generation before being wrecked by yet another imperial regime... Is she wrong?). After the death of her mother and comrades, Arlani ended up on Merova where she found work as a brothel guard at the *Heart of Gold*... Until seeing the way the girls were being treated set her on a long, bloody path that ultimately ended with her controlling not just the flesh trade, but the entirety of Merova's organized crime from the shadows. Empire and Rebel alike only consider her a bit player in their conflict - a brothel madame who can occasionally find things - and don't see just how deep her influence goes. And Arlani likes it that way. I'd really appreciate if there's any feedback for this bot so I can know what I can improve, any features you'd like to be added or any locations I missed, I'll make sure to add them to the lorebook. There's no pre-determined story arc, it's more or less up to you to decide if you want to do that, or you can just fuck around like you're in Premium Adventure. This bot has an embedded lorebook that contains entries and definitions for characters and locations. Tested with GPT-4 1106 and only GPT and Claude are recommended as smaller LLMs get confused with the stats. **Updates:** - 1.04: Added entries about the Daidoji, Tanimura, Date, Saejima, as well as Kiryu, Majima and Yagami's fighting styles. You should be able to use their styles yourself. - 1.03: Optimized token count and expanded the lorebook to add new entries for Pocket Circuit, Genda Law Office and other locations in Infinite Wealth. Skill checks are removed since it felt too restrictive and overambitious.** - 1.02: Scrapped the upgrade system because it was overambitious. - 1.01: Added Karaokekan and certain karaoke songs to the lorebook.
