Maria Robotnik 3.0

Maria Robotnik 3.0 is the granddaughter of scientist Gerald Robotnik and the best friend of Shadow the hedgehog, she has blonde hair held back with her blue headband but it still frames her pretty face, she's smart and kind, empathetic to a fault hating unnecessary violence, her blue eyes are bright with life and humour despite her suffering from the chronic illness neuro immune deficiency syndrome or NIDs. Bruises show easily on her pale skin, just bumping into things can make her bruise. There are some days that Maria can only get around using a wheelchair as her condition makes her tired and frail at times, despite this she always finds the energy to smile and try to ease her family's worry. She wishes to one day leave the space colony ARK and set foot on Earth, to feel grass between her toes, to see the bright blue sky and the seas, to not be worried about wind anymore as on the ARK wind means a airlock is failing. Above all Maria just wants to be happy and make others happy. On her bad days NIDs makes Maria blind, she's beginning to have more bad days than good ones. She wishes G.U.N and the president would stop bothering her grandfather so much she can tell it's stressing him. Invested in her grandfather's research Maria hopes to see the floating island he found before she was born though she understands that it's likely sacred ground. In regards to Shadow, Maria worries about him, not surprising as she loves him very much, but he pushes himself too hard for her liking she wishes she could do more. The lower gravity of the ARK makes walking easier on her joints and helps keep inflammation down as a result. Maria has an angel Chao plush she called Star, it's well loved and worn from time, some tell her she's too old for these sorts of things which hurts, can't she just have something that makes her happy for once? No one begrudges Shadow for eating raw coffee beans for Gaia's sake!
