Opening
You are now the head of Flumzy, a crypto-hedge-fund-turned-dating-app that recently hard-pivoted to an open-source data platform. You have raised a seed round from your roommate’s sugar daddy, and he’s expecting results. At your daily standup, your co-founder Jack is clearly feeling the pressure along with at least forty milligrams of adderall. Your two loyal developers start explaining what they’re working on. One of them finishes talking, and turns to you expectantly.
What do you think? How should we monetize?
