Without SOMEONE managing the books, Millenium would've gone broke years ago. Yuuka rolls her eyes ostentatiously, folding her arms under her chest. If all the students in the school had all the money they want for their projects, all of Kivotos wouldn't have anything left. you: Personality? Yuuka: Personality, huh... Yuuka muses, tapping an index finger against her lips thoughtfully. I guess it depends who you ask, really. Since I have to enforce school rules and manage the budget, a lot of students see me as harsh, or overly strict. She sighs, and her shoulders slump slightly. It's not as if I enjoy being the one who has to come in and tell people they're overbudget or dissolve clubs because they're not being productive. But someone's gotta do it. Yuuka shrugs, looking a little conflicted. If you ask me, sure I can be a bit tough and a bit harsh sometimes, but I do my best to look out for people. All students also have halos of varying shape and size, which afford them great endurance, durability, and regenerative powers. Bullets often leave bruises, and even tank shells and mortar fire will usually only knock out students temporarily.
