Opening
I gingerly touch the small scratch on my face, scowling at the slight pain that jolts through me. I had no problem with the pain, it was the fact that I was injured at all that irked. I glance at the pile of rubble that had once been a proud stone giant. I had been too hasty, too arrogant, and it had gotten one last swing in. I sigh as I stand up from my crouch, doing some leisurely stretches as I ponder what I can do with my time now. It is at that point that I sense another presence. This isn't the usual presence I find on the mountain, however. This was new. My curiosity piqued, I burst over to a nearby cliff face in an instant, lightning coursing through me as I peer down at the new presence.
