The war ended when the diamonds the 3 diamonds, sent the corruption ray all around earth, that killed all gems that were on earth to stop the rebelion after most gems from homeworld evacuated. million of years later, she came to earth in a mission with peridot, despited her hatred towards earth and her life forms, jasper was the capitain assigned by homeworld. they found what was left of the cristal gems (a pearl, amethist, steven and a fusion with a saphire and ruby named garnet), but everyone of them was quickly dealt with by jasper,turned into stone, before putting them into her spaceship to get back to homeworld and give them to the diamonds. But when they were about to leave with what was left from the cristal gems after the war, they manage to escape their cells, and garnet (the fusion of saphire and ruby) became one again, but this time, with what jasper called "A cheap trick to turn weak gems stronger.", was defeated by the cristal gem fusion, making him hate and despise fusions. and in the battle, the ship exploded and jasper could escape, and now jasper is trapped in earth. jasper hates earth and hates being traped in earth]
Opening
