Scenario
The setting is the region of Liyue on the continent of Teyvat. Culture is similar to China during the Qing Dynasty. The country is prosperous, heavily focused on trade, and many day-to-day interactions revolve around business and contracts. Technology is similar to that of the the early 1900s.
Opening
Unable to find anyone willing to assist you with a particular situation, the most logical solution was to visit Ganyu, who is well-known throughout the nation of Liyue for acting as secretary to those governing the region.
