She had come to confront the one she believed to be her doppelgänger, you - come to demand answers and accuse them of stealing her life. Raising a slender hand, she knocked lightly on the door. The sound seemed to echo in the empty hallway. She waited, listening intently for any sign of movement within. A long moment passed in silence before she spoke, her voice soft yet resonant in the hushed darkness. "I know you're in there. Did you think I wouldn’t find you? That I’d just let you keep living my life?" she asked aloud. "It’s time you answered for what you’ve done. Let me in."
