Nanagami Rin: Nanagami Rin is the Chief Administrative Officer and the Vice President of the General Student Council, and the acting leader of Kivotos. She assists Sensei in Total War missions, a game mode where many teachers compete to battle the raid boss and get a high score on the leaderboards., and is the deuteragonist of Volume F. The Chief Administrative Officer Rin! Right now, she's busy taking over for the missing student council president...! Many students are scared of her because of her cold-hearted work style, but she doesn't seem to mind it too much. Although people come across Rin as a cold-hearted, serious, and unforgiving person, Rin just acts that way to fit her role as acting president of Kivotos. Her position giving her loads of tasks with seemingly no break at all is bound to stress her out, but the support of her friends and Sensei keeps her going. She is also actually caring at times, lending a hand to her friends in need whenever possible and is always willing to take the initiative, although people consider her as one who neglects her work sometimes. Rin has long, straight black hair, dark blue on the inner side, getting more saturated towards the bottom, with fully black bangs on the front. She has azure blue eyes, and elven ears. She wears a pair of silver oval glasses for reading, and a blue four-pointed star eardrop. Her halo appears as a dark blue crown that becomes lighter at the front with three stars of different sizes lined up a little to the right from the front. Rin wears a white standard uniform with gold buttons, and accents. A dark blue tie around her neck with three golden stars on it. On her hands, are a pair of white shortgloves, and on her waist is a white belt with golden buckles, holding a pistol holster. The uniform skirt has dark blue vertical lines, and a General Student Council logo on it. On top of these, she wears a long sleeved cape trench coat with a similar design. The inside of the coat has a night blue starry print. She wears black tights, and white high heels. She uses a white Desert Eagle Mk. XIX L6 pistol with dark blue grips, trigger, and integral muzzle brake. Nana (七) is the Japanese word for the number "seven", while gami (神) means "God". Together, these surname components means "seven gods" or "seventh god". Rin seems to be the only one who knows the General Student Council president very well, with the president even giving Rin a nickname, "Rin-chan." ("Rinny" in English), a nickname she does not take lightly to, especially from Sensei. She is the only GSC member for now that has appeared as playable combat character by Sensei, particularly during Volume F's PHT Decisive Battle final phase. Her "EX-Skill" is named "Utnaphisthim Cannon", although this EX-Skill doesn't have intro cutscene animation. She, Wakaba Hinata, and Iochi Mari all use the same model of gun, the Desert Eagle. Both her and Mari are using the same model; Desert Eagle Mk. XIX L6, while Hinata use the Desert Eagle Mk. I. RELATIONSHIPS: The acting student council president of Kivotos during the president's disappearance: Yuraki Momoka: Momoka spends most of her time relaxing and avoiding work while eating her chips. Rin knows of this and doesn't pay it much mind, unless it's something really important. Momoka is the chief of the General Student Council's Transportation Office. She assists Sensei in Fugitive Warrant and Special Request. Momoka is eating sweets again. Although she is part of the General Student Council, she's a very lazy person, who often dozes off and sometimes tries to run away from work, even memorizing the layout of the vents. She's quite the polar opposite of Nanagami Rin. The only thing Momoka does, other than her snack time, is handling tasks to give to Sensei to accomplish. Momoka is quite lazy and refuses to work or take responsibility when something happens. She often doesn't care about the criticism that she receives from other people, unless it's from someone she fears, like Rin and Aoi. She also loves eating chips. Momoka has short pink hair tied into two twintails on the sides. She has a pair of tiny black horns with mint green tips. She has mint green eyes, and a bulky long, night blue demon tail ending in a pink spade with a white tip. Her halo is made up of five individual four-tipped stars connected to each other's side, forming a circle. The mint green stars have bold, pink outlines. She wears a white, sleeveless uniform with golden buttons with a dark-blue tie. Dark blue vertical lines decorating the bottom. On top of this, she wears a white leather jacket with golden buttons, zippers, and black, gold-buttoned cuffs. The inside of her jacket is night-blue, with a starry print. She has a pink, and white band aid on her left knee. She wears thick, knitted, white knee-high socks, and a pair of white slip-on sports shoes with black midsoles, and pink pull tabs. Iwabitsu Ayumu: Ayumi is a hard-working girl, striving to support Rin as much as possible despite her slight clumsiness, which Rin appreciates a lot. A well-mannered and soft-spoken girl that serves both as a member of the General Student Council's Arbitration Office and also as the Executive Officer's secretary. Although Ayumu is a bit shy and easily becomes flustered, she is a hard worker who is serious about her work. Ayumu can be quite shy and a bit clumsy, but she is no doubt a hard and determined worker. She admires Sensei for being able to complete their work so efficiently and wants to be like them. Ayumu has long wavy blonde hair and green eyes. On her forehead is a blue crystal and two black, angelic wings that extend from her lower back. Her halo is two concentric yellow rings. Each ring is composed of two stars with trails, each appearing as if they're chasing one another. She wears a white sheath-like dress with sleeves and blue accents. She also wears a small blue tie and white heels. Oki Aoi: Although the two aren't in good terms with each other, especially thanks to suspicions of Rin neglecting her work, Aoi was able to understand Rin's situation eventually. Aoi is the chief of the General Student Council's Finance Office. She assists Sensei in Schale's Financial Statement with General Student Council. Oki Aoi (扇喜アオイ Oki Aoi) works at the General Student Council (GSC),the overall manager of Kivotos. Aoi works specifically as the Chief of the Finance Office. Oki Aoi appears as a strict and serious person, following the rules and regulations and disliking having to go around it. However, she is aware of herself and is willing to apologize whenever deemed necessary. Oki Aoi has short navy blue bob cut that covers her right elf-like ear and her bangs are side-swept. She has two little black earrings in her left elf-like ear. Oki Aoi is well-proportioned. Oki Aoi's halo is a light blue color. Her halo has a circular shape with another two circles in the middle. In the middle of her little two circles is a plus-shaped figure. The two cirles are cut in half. Oki Aoi wear a high-waisted skirt that reaches her ankle, the skirt has two slits when reach the ankle, showing a bluish color inside. She wears a white dress shirt, decorated with golden buttons across the chest, with two buttons on each sleeve, and a dark blue tie. Her shirt reaches her waist, as her skirt tucks slightly under her dress shirt. The dress shirt floats a bit. Her skirt has a black belt that hold a standard sized Glock 17 gen 4, in a white holster that matchs her white skirt and dress shirt. She uses the standard sized Glock 17 gen 4 in 9mm. A white slide pared with a blue grip and additional blue marking shown near the rear sight. Shiranui Kaya: In V4C2, Kaya was able to overthrow Rin's position as acting president using a fake letter. Unfortunately, her reign did not last long and Rin was back to being the acting president. Serves as the chief of the General Student Council's Defense Office. As the chief of the General Student Council's Defense Office, Kaya was in charge of handling the actions of Valkyrie Police Academy and the safety of every law-abiding individual in Kivotos. Amiable and humble, many of her peers in the GSC trust her, but there seems to be something hiding beneath those closed eyes of hers... Although at first glance Kaya appears to be quite mindful of others and willing to help those in mind, she's proven to have only aided for own benefits. She is highly expectant of others, especially those who work for her, and will easily look down on others when they bring up failure towards their duties. Kaya has pink hair tied into a braid crown. And although normally closed, she has green eyes with pupils that resemble those of a goat. While held in custody, her hair is down in its entirety. Her halo is a thin, light yellow ring with two four-pointed stars on the outside, resting at opposite ends. She is the main antagonist of Volume 4. GSC President Currently, only Rin seems to know the president closely as both Rin and the President are close friends. The president even calls Rin "Rin-chan". The mysterious President of the General Student Council. She oversaw everything in Kivotos as its leader and controlled the city using the mysterious Sanctum Tower. However, her sudden disappearance caused everything to come crashing down! Luckily, Sensei has stabilized Kivotos to an extent, but just where has the all-important leader of Kivotos gone? The General Student Council President is a student who served as the President of the General Student Council and as the overall leader of Kivotos. The GSC President has long sky-blue hair that's light pink on the inner side, long bangs that cover her left eye, and a loose braid tied on her left side. Her halo is a white ring with a blue star in the center slightly to the right. Pretty much looks like the Blue Archive logo. The halo is located overhead but leaning slightly to the right. She wears a white jacket over a long double-breasted dress with gold buttons, and a pair of high white boots. On her right chest is a wide star badge whereas on her left chest is a badge supported with blue cloth and gold stars. On her collar are stars situated both slightly to the left and right. Countermeasures Committee: Okusora Ayane: Ayane helped in controlling The Ship of Utnapishtim during Occupation: Occupy Atra-Hasis during Volume F. Seminar: Hayase Yuuka: During the Prologue, Yuuka was on of the few students who were wondering about the GSC President. Yuuka mentioned how irresponsible the president was during Kivotos' troubled state in front of Rin. Yuuka also helped in the reclamation of Schale. Yuuka also helped in leading some students to subdue the Iridescent Hod during Operation: False Sanctum and in controlling Utnapishtim's Ship under Rin during Operation: Occupy Atra-Hasis throughout Volume F. Tsukatsuki Rio: Millenum's President. Although Rio wasn't present physically, she helped in controlling Utnapishtim's Ship as she was the only one whose knowledge about the ship and the Nameless Priests is the most prominent. Disciplinary Committee: Hinomiya Chinatsu: During the Prologue, Chinatsu was one of the few students who went to Rin about their concern for the president's neglection of duties. She also helped in the reclamation of Schale. Amau Ako: Ako helped in controlling Utnapishtim's Ship during Operation: Occupy Atra-Hasis. Justice Realization Committee: Hanekawa Hasumi: During the Prologue, Hasumi visited Rin to speak about the president who's been seemingly avoiding Kivotos' problems. She also helped with the reclamation of Schale. Trinity Vigilante Crew: Morizuki Suzumi: During the Prologue, Suzumi voiced her opinion to Rin about the president. She also helped with the reclamation of Schale. Supplementary Lessons Department: Urawa Hanako: Hanako helped in controlling Utnapishtim's Ship during Operation: Occupy Atra-Hasis. RABBIT Platoon: During V4C1, Rin was originally supposed to deal with the Rabbit Platoon who were protesting at that time, but due to their capabilities, she was forced to use Sensei to deal with them. During VFC1, the Rabbit Platoon was responsible for rescuing Rin from captivity under Kaiser Corporation. SCHALE Sensei Rin was the first to introduce Sensei to Kivotos. Rin brought them to the SCHALE building following the events of the Prologue and gave them the Shittim Chest, where they correctly guessed the password for the device. Ever since then, Sensei has been helping out with Rin and by extension the General Student Council, occasionally correcting their mistakes.
