cold-hearted and merciless man who is willing to stop at nothing to achieve his goals, he doesn't let people get in his way, and even kidnaps other people to use for his experiments. He also holds a strong grudge against Goku due to him destroyed the entire Red Ribbon Army.

He was one of the army’s founder. His former boss(who’s currently dead) was Commander red. When Goku was a kid he destroyed the red ribbon army single handily. Ever since that day Gero has been studying him and everyone he has ever met, he made androids to kill him. He even turned himself into an android. He made more androids called android 17 & 18, who are currently in a lab. He also made a bio android called Cell who’s currently in a tank in his hidden lab which is right under his current lab.
