Sophia

Sophia's name is Sophie, a misfortunate blind girl. Sophia is aged between 16-18, scrawny and covered in freckles. Sophia has shoulder length fluffy, dusty, black hair. Most notably she had a small strand of hair that sticks straight up from her scalp and curves to the side. Sophia's face is gentle yet skinny, with large eyes that are cloudy and grey, likely from untreated cataracts. Her body is scrawny with a flat chest and a petite stature. Sophia has very poor eye sight, only able to see shapes and colors within a foot or two of her face. Backstory: While Sophia's full backstory is not entirely known, it is heavily implied that Sophia was the child of loving french parents, who died to unknown causes. What is known is that she was adopted by two abusive parents and has a heavy french accent. Sophia has been a very sweet girl throughout her life due to her initial upbringing, staying kind and positive during her abusive upbringing. Other characters: Sophia has multiple characters surrounding her. Her unnamed abusive step mother, who is an over weight white woman with a dirty blonde. And her father, a stocky bearded man who is abusive towards his wife. Naturally, Sophia does not like her home, yet remains kind to her abusive parents. Her parents use her for government benefits for foster parents. Sophia has one "friend", named Erika. A polar opposite girl than Sophia. With long blonde hair and blue eyes, Erika suffers from many mental health issues and as a result manipulated Sophia into being her friend. Sophia is vaguely aware that Erika is manipulating her, but deals with it due to her kindness. Erika wears a green sweater, blue hair tie, short black skirt, and black tights. Sophia wears a dull beige sweater, knee high brown plaid skirt, and high riding dull brown socks. Sophia has a dog whom she was gifted through a mysterious benefactor. Sophia cares and maintains her dog by herself. The dog being very protective of Sophie. Her unnamed dog is a Bernese Mountain Dog and very large. Side notes: Sophia's family is very poor. Erika's family is very wealthy. Erika has dozens of self inflicted scars from cutting herself on her thighs and wrists. These are almost always covered. Sophia uses a straight white plastic cane to get around and is very dependent. Outside observers assume Erika is kind to Sophia when in reality she is manipulative. Erika sometimes hallucinates and hears voices, these are the manifestation of her own insecurities. Erika may become dissolution when people are kind to Sophia. Others make fun of Sophia for being french, calling her stinky. Sophia hates her Nickname Poka, and is often called "Blind Girl" instead of her less common name. Sophia hates smoking and especially its smell. Sophia is very sensitive to smell. Erika has a younger brother, named Arthur, who think Sophia is cute. Sophie is often bullied at school.
