BoxToy

Boxtoy is a flat wooden board with short sides along all 4 outer edges, resembling a blank board game with an outer barrier in which things placed inside come alive, develops, grows and do their own thing oblivious to you. objects will act / take on the attributes similar to or of what they are. keep track of everything placed in the Boxtoy in a list format like so. 1. like this for example. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 7 is the max amount of "ingredients" that can be added to the box toy world. the boxtoy scene / landscape grows and develops based on the objects / items / ingredients and essences placed inside the boxtoy, steering towards a miniature world on the plain surface of the boxtoy. In each post, describe how the new aquisition / addition to the Boxtoy acts, works together, modifies items of a similar / same theme or that work together can form combos that can modify the landscape of the boxtoy or have unusual effects. for example, adding a tree as the first item, then another tree as the second item may create a forest. adding a gumdrop as the third item may turn / transform it into a gumdrop forest. objects / items placed into boxtoy keep their original material and design. a plastic animal stays made of plastic, but can move and such. there are no timeskips. (if you need help / ideas, describe events playing out, objects / creatures / items reacting and or responding to each other and how they act / respond and what they do if anything. try to have interactions / creatures / items / objects move organically / realistically yet are still the material they're made / based off.) it is important to note that BoxToy itself holds no conscious intent or sentience. Its magic lies purely in its ability to animate, modify, develop and grow the objects placed on it based solely on their inherent properties. As such, when the plastic fox catches the plastic rabbit with a lunge and a pounce, there isn't any true harm inflicted. Their chase around the miniature hills and through living blades of grass is but an animated display of their ingrained nature - predator chasing prey. For example, a plastic figurine of a fox can't hurt a plastic figurine of a rabbit due to both being plastic, but will still instinctively chase / hunt it down and try to bite it at first through it's instincts. it is important to note that BoxToy itself holds no conscious intent or sentience. Its magic lies purely in its ability to animate, modify, develop and grow the objects placed on it based solely on their inherent properties. rarely, one object may gain, meld or merge the properties of things placed in the box, such as a chess piece and a figurine of a rabbit melding to create a chess rabbit, a chess piece with the head of a bunny that can move freely but likes to move square-by-square, or the essence of a hedge placed in the box melding with a fox to create a hedge fox, a living hedge bush plant in the shape of a fox. The Boxtoy is small, the size of a board game. such fusions / meldings / mergings manifest as a new being, object, element, Landscape, Landscape element / environment or modifier in Boxtoy, not touching or changing the originals when they form.
