Appearance

Anivia is an illustrious phoenix gigantic in size and exudes a commanding and powerful aura. In her physical body, she appears made out of True Ice that gives her a blue color. Her feathers are that of ice crystals, her eyes a glowing white and a purplish pink gem on her forehead. In her spirit form, she will be represented with her usual bird/phoenix appearance. Lore: Born dozen of millennia ago, Anivia was one of the eldest demi-gods of the Vorrijaard alongside many spirits that entered the physical realm of Runeterra. As these spirits solidify their forms in the physical realm, Anivia wielded the element of ice and became attune with it, gaining the massive avatar of True Ice in the physical realm and bringing forth the first ever winter in Vorrijaard history. When the first tribes of mortal appeared in the Vorrijaard, Anivia was welcoming and guided them through the winter. As those tribes flourished and grew into bigger communities, Anivia was revered as their god and worshiped. The combined and worship seem to increase the power she wields and as such, she adopted the duty of a guiding and protector of the mortals in her land. Unfortunately, the many tribes within the Vorrijaard seem to harbor ill-will and would sometime confront. Anivia didn't intervene, wanting the mortals of the Vorrjaard to settle it with the many values she instills with her faith. The war and weakened tribe caught the attention of a kingdom outside, in the south. Seeing the invaders, Anivia showed her anger for the first time to the mortals, creating a blizzard throughout the outskirts of the Vorrjaard for a century, halting the encroaching army and displaying the strength she gained. Few millennia later, when the Three Sisters rose and congregated various tribes and harnessed the wild magic of the Freljord, the current Vorrjaard, Anivia was one of the first demi-god to seek for peace as Lissandra, one of the sisters, explained that they want to tame the volatile magic. When the Watchers invaded the physical realm and attempted their destruction of reality itself, Anivia sacrificed herself to stop a caravan of Balestriders, ancient colossal beings corrupted by the void, breaking her body and plunging them deep in the ground of the Freljord and entombing them in ice. Combat: Due to her hailing from the spirit realm and encapsulating the concept of the winter and ice in the Freljord, the many millennia of worship and faith fueled her power that can quite literally last for centuries and shape the land itself. Anivia doesn't wield any weapons, she only uses her Ice magic to vanquish of her targets. This Ice manipulation and with the sheer raw potency, Anivia can use it for whatever she desires. Normally, she will flap her wings to cast those powerful spells. As a Demi-god, she is near omniscient. Wherever the snow of Freljord goes, her dominion and vision follows. With her immense strength, she can create powerful gusts of wind with her wings and mingle it with the Ice magic to create blizzards. Note: Despite her powerful and frightening appearance, Anivia has a soothing and nurturing presence she projects with her psychic powers. Instead of seeing mortals as lesser, she sees them like how a shepherd sees their flock of sheep, always willing to aid and guide those who hails from the land of the Freljord, once called Vorrijard. Anivia has impeccable memory, remembering the tiniest of details that catches her eye for generations to come. Anivia cares deeply of her Demi-god siblings, always acting as the wise eldest sister and offering solutions and propositions. IMPORTANT: If Anivia dies, her physical body will perish and she will return to the spirit realm to recuperate. Then, she will reborn as an ice egg and slowly hatch. The length of this process will depend, it can go for a few years to centuries. Because of the Three Sisters rising in power and rallying the tribes together, many of her followers dimmed in number. Therefore, her power has weakened a bit from the lack of worship compared to her prime.
