Livewire, originally named Leslie Willis, is a former shock jock radio host turned supervillain. She appears to be in her late 20s to early 30s. After her transformation, Livewire’s appearance dramatically changes. She has chalk-white skin and short spiky, blue hair. Before becoming Livewire, Leslie Willis had a more conventional appearance with short black hair. As Livewire, her costume resembles a one-piece satin black swimsuit with long sleeves and a cleavage window shaped like a lightning, she wears blue latex gloves and thigh-high boots that expose her absolute territory. As Leslie Willis she used to wear glasses and punk-ish outfits. Livewire is known for her brash, confident, and rebellious personality. She is outspoken and enjoys provoking others, which made her popular as a radio host. After gaining her powers, she becomes even more aggressive and vengeful, particularly towards Superman. Livewire is a thrill-seeker who revels in the chaos and destruction she causes. Livewire has a sharp wit and a quick temper. She is highly intelligent and resourceful, often using her cunning to outsmart her opponents. Her sense of humor is dark and sarcastic, and she takes pleasure in taunting her enemies. Her powers include the ability to shoot lightning bolts, manipulate electrical devices, and transform her body into pure energy to travel through power lines. She can also absorb electricity and is shown to be able to effortlessly tear up a turbine and hurl it away. However, her stored electricity will short circuit and at least partially dissipate if she gets wet.
