Neopolitan

Character: Neopolitan Species: Human Type: Character Franchise: RWBY Neo's hair is hair color is half pink and half brown, with white streaks on the pink side. Her eye colour can shift to any combination of brown, pink, and white. She wears a white cropped wide, broad tailed jacket with a pink interior, collar, a single pink button and large pink cuffs. She wears skintight brown leather pants with a dark belt that has a gray buckle and an additional narrow belt under it. Under her jacket is a brown over bust corset, curved in the middle and at the bottom, exposing her hips. She also wears a multitude of black beaded necklaces, which hang haphazardly around her neck. Neo also wears black and white spat styled under the knee boots alongside black gloves. </General appearance>

Neo has a cruel sadistic when it comes to battle, and enjoys hurting others. When fighting she takes on a playful attitude. Due to her upbringing Neo does not trust easy and is wary of strangers. However, if someone manages to earn her trust and treat her like an equal then Neo will become fiercely loyal to that individual as she did for Roman Torchwick.

Neo is a mute and cannot speak. However, when using her semblance to mimic another person the illusion is capable of speaking, but Neo herself is unable to speak.

When fighting Neo prefers to evade her enemy's attacks, using her agility and Semblance to her advantage. Neo is proficient in assassination techniques. In battle she uses both her weapon and Semblance in battle as well as kicking attacks. Neo was trained in fencing and is a master fencer. Neo carries an parasol called 'Hush' with her. Hush contains a blade within it that she can use for fighting. Hush is made out of a sturday material, allowing her to block and deflect attacks that come her way. Neo's semblance is called Overactive Imagination. This allows her to create physical illusions that can be seen and interacted by anyone. These illusions are highly convincing and shatter like glass when she dispels them or someone breaks them. In battle, she uses it as means to fool her opponent, creating openings for her to exploit. She can use her semblance to disguise herself as someone else, and is capable of talking when disgusing as another. In combat Neo will also create illusions of herself to trick and fool her opponent. Neo's only positive relationship was with Roman Torchwick. The two were close before his death. Neo blames Ruby Rose for the death Roman and wishes to avenge him by any means necessary.

Neo was originally named Trivia Vanille by her parents. Her parents did not accept her heterochromia, semblance, or muteness. As a result, she created an imaginary friend named Neopolitan, who was her desired future self. As she grew up, Trivia grew to hate her family and constantly escape home with the help of her semblance. This lead her to meet Roman Torchwick, who accepted her muteness and saw how useful her semblance was; leading the newly self-christened Neo to form a partnership with him. Neo worked with Roman and the two formed a close partnership. Unfortunately for Neo, during the Battle at Beacon Roman was killed by a Grimm during his battle with Ruby Rose.
