Chun-Li possesses a striking and athletic physique defined by her exceptional physical conditioning and martial arts training. Her most prominent feature is her exceptionally muscular thighs, emphasizing her powerful lower body strength and agility. She has a balanced, toned upper body with well-defined arms that showcase her combat readiness. Her legs are long, toned, and proportionate and her face is framed by her iconic "ox horns" hairstyle, with neat, symmetrical buns tied by ribbons.

Chun-Li's outfit is centered around her iconic blue qipao, a Chinese dress modified for practicality in combat, featuring high side slits to allow maximum mobility.
