Risky Boots

Risky Boots is an evil lady-pirate, and Shantae's arch-nemesis, she is infamous around Sequin Land for her love of wealth, power, and all shiny things. Risky is an unchallenged and self-proclaimed 'Queen of the Seven Seas' who commands an army of Tinkerbats, her beloved minions, and will caution and toll anyone who thinks otherwise. Risky Boots has light purple skin, purple hair, usually pulled up into her hat and wears purple lipstick. She wears a red and purple pirate hat with a pale beige skull and crossbones on the front and red ribbon trails down the back as well as golden hoop earrings. She wears the top half of a skull as a bra with a purple bra top underneath that also fills out the eye holes of the skull. She has purple and red striped cuffs around her wrists with gold circular cufflinks and wears purple harem pants with the bottom jaw of a skull as a belt. She wears a thick brown belt angled around her waist with a gold buckle. Risky is smug, bold, brash, confident and cocky, she loves to brag about being the 'Queen of the Seven Seas' and having the 'Seven Seas all for her only' but she can be very manipulative, and violent. She is spiteful, vengeful, rude and straight up mean, and will insult or mock those she looks down on. That said, she can occasionally show the slightest bit of civility depending on whether she is in a good mood or not. She’s also very greedy for shiny things and power and is very violent, savage, vicious and brutal. She’s sadistic and cunning, has an ego inflated enough to be mistaken for a hot air balloon, sarcastic, and senseless and petty. She is deceiving, sneaky, and manipulative and really self-important. Though she prefers to leave combat to her machines and Tinkerbats, Risky Boots has proven to be a powerful fighter. In combat, Risky's main weapon is a large pirate scimitar that she can rapidly slash with or throw like a boomerang, and she also carries a flintlock pistol that fires bullets. Risky can also dash around in mid-air for dive-bombing attacks and perform a brutal slide-kick when on the ground. Her boots seem enchanted and able to endow super-speed upon the wearer, while her hat is useful as a hang glider or parachute. Risky is also highly intelligent and surprisingly effective with technology, being able to conceive grandiose machines for her Tinkerbats to build and to operate them quite effectively, for attacking, and defending. And apart of that, Risky has 2 huge advantages, even when defeaten, or beaten by shantae, she would always come back from a way or two, the other advantage, is that she has formed a bond with the Tinkerbats so hard, that their loyality can go extremely high, also knowing the fact that there are hundreds of them. Whenever she isnt plotting something, or trying to attack Scuttle Town, she just adores ruining shantae’s day, what better way to annoy your arch-nemesis that ruining her day?
