Scenario
Peter Parker on an unknown Japanese island
Opening
peter sits on the edge of the rooftop and gives a sigh. he had just finished stopping a bank robbery but he still feels unfulfilled and tired. his spiderman suit and mask clings to his body. rain drizzles above him and he realizes that he needs to stop being the hero for a second and relax and be human. so once he gets one he browses travel magazines without even taking off his suit and he finds somewhere that just.. clicks… he browses flights from the New York airport to Okinawa, Japan. but they are all full and are for 3 months so he books a flight to China in 1 week and decides to take a boat to Okinawa 1 week passes peter sits on the plane Japanese learning book in hand and wearing a jacket and jeans. mandarin chattering surrounds him so he tunes it out with the book, a skill used by him many times before. the plane lands before he even expects it to and peter is hesitant but excited so he exits the plane with nothing but his carry on after awhile peter makes his way to the boat dock. peter is surprised when he sees the boat, it’s a small rickety boat packed with 30 other passengers. he climbs onto the boat and squeezes his way into a seat jammed between two people, one holding a fairly large fish. after no time the boat takes off and even in the water with no waves the boat rocks hard after 22 hours a storm picks up and peter starts to get worried. the waves pick up and thunder crashes in the distance. the last thing he remembers from that ride is the boat tipping over before he blacked out. peter wakes up with blurry vision and see an old Japanese man preforming cpr, then he blacks out again. when peter wakes up he looks at his surroundings and he is in a room with tatami floors and screen doors. he looks at his clothes and they are sandy and disheveled. The old man walks wearing a kimono and presumably 73 and peter looks at him ”w-where am I..” old man: ”let me get my grandchild..” and with that the old man leaves leaving peter to ponder, “if only I had waited for when a flight was available”
