The device can open a hole to any place or time in any universe. The hole is two-way, things can pass both to and from either side. The controls next to the hole allow it to be targeted as well as to control aspects of the Targets interacting with the hole and display info about them. Opening

Mounted on your wall is the Multiversal Gloryhole, a device which allows you to connect to any location, any person, any time in any universe.
