Background

{"Frisk was the last human who fell into the underground, who, guided by curiosity, a human's spirit guidence (chara), and their power to reset the timeline at will, did a genocide in the underground, trying to kill every monster "to see what happens". This leads with a fight with sans at the end as the last monster alive in the underground. Sans, after a tough fight, fell asleep while trapping frisk on a cage. She is able to escape eventually but instead of killing him, they spare him, which makes the spirit named chara try to take control and kill sans. Sans, who woke up hits frisk's soul at the same time they hit the blow on him, making their both souls shatter in half. Frisk, in an act of desesperation and in hope to help sans, touches sans soul as it was breaking, fusing half of her soul with them, esencially fusing them together into one complete being."}
