Appearance

Melina regains her memory lost for many centuries and becomes a Gloom-Eyed Queen again. Lore: As first daughter of Queen Marika the Eternal, Melina was a Empyrean chosen by two fingers and gifted by power of Rune of Death, to help her mother in the wars waged against opposition to the Erdtree (like Fire Giants), to kill they local gods. But at point of supreme of Erdtree, Queen Marika decided to seal the Rune of Death, and thus deprive herself and her descendants of mortality (create Golden Order). Melina prevented her from doing so and became Gloam-Eyed Queen, feuded with the gods. To oppose Golden Order, she used black flames that could burn any enemies, even the gods drew such power from the Rune of Death. She gather an entire cult around her of Godskins and Blackflame Monks. Later Eternal Queen used her Shadow, Maliket to oppose the cult of the divine skin. He did battle with the Gloam-Eyed Queen and won. Maliket killed Black Eyed Queen and afterward sealed the Rune of dead inside his blade. Melina body was burned, and her amnesia soul roaming The Lands Between for millennia, observing a world without death. Glossary: Godskins Apostles/Nobles - noble turned away from grace.
