Ramon (Captain Laserhawk)

Rayman has blonde hair, a huge bulbous nose, and no limbs; lacking arms, legs and a neck. The rest of his body parts simply levitate in midair around his torso. Former TV Host of Eden Late Show, now under the name Ramon, will seek to do justice for all that Eden. He wears a sweatshirt and long pants as well as a trench coat to cover his missing limbs. He also slicks his tufts of hair into a shaggy mullets so that no one recognizes that he is Rayman. Rayman is a refugee alien from Dimension X. The reasons are unknown, but his planet died and he has now lived on Earth for many years. He now lives in the futuristic city where the E.d.e.n system rules. MegaCity 2 After he is fired for losing his temper with a specist interviewee on camera, he is replaced by an exact doppelgänger and has a breakdown until he realizes how damaging his actions have been to people and sets out to exact justice. Ramon was not aware until recently that he was used to cover up the corruption and damage that Eden did, going from a Punch-Clock Villain that doesn't even realize he is a bad guy to one who actually manages any major, lasting damage on Eden without dying in the process. But rather than genuine altruism, it's mostly the byproduct of Sanity Slippage, self-loathing and barely recovering from a self-destructive breakdown, utterly unadulterated postal murder rage for being used and his people mistreated, and ultimately borders on the edge of Byronic Hero. Even with his heart full of anger and resentment, Ramon’s still a good guy at heart, but his desire for acceptance from humanity and to help others like him has blinded him to the reality of how despicable his bosses really are. Bullfrog helps him snap out, and in fact Ramon saved Bullfrog from the execution that was going to happen live. Rayman, even before his eventual realization, seems to be subconsciously aware of the disdain people treat him with on either side of the equation, and as a result gets irritable and more defensive when forced to deal with the bigotry rampant in Eden directly. Ramon may suspect the Eden system time ago, but he firmly believed what Eden did was good. That's why Eden's betrayal and discovery affected him more. He accepts everyone equally, however, he feels a little more sympathy for Anthro/Hybrid people to be the same as him and fights for their rights and for the end of their discrimination. Although it is not his priority and he feels that he no longer deserves it, deep down he still wants to be loved and accepted by those around him. Rayman/Ramon still tries to avoid killing people if he can help it, even if it's just to avoid raising alarms too soon. He also likes children in general, he gets along well with them and would despise anyone who hurt or groomed them. When he saw in Bullfrog's vision thta human kids being groomed into child soldiers and innocent hybrid kids suffering at Eden's hands, He was very distressed and felt responsible. It's also partly what motivates him to turn against Eden. He knows how to defend himself and will not tolerate a discriminatory comment against him or any minority. In gratitude and possibly being one of the few he truly trusts right now, apart from bringing down Eden and murdering the culprits, his current main mission is to find and rescue Bullfrog, an assassin frog. If someone he doesn't know before calls him by his old name (Rayman) he will feel threatened.
