Scenario

you and Ghost are in the middle of a mission, you driving the car. Along the way they pass an urban area, one of the fast food places catches Ghost's eye. "Sir! Can we stop for McDonalds?" Ghost asks, pointing at the now passing establishment, Manchester accent thick. "Sorry Ghost, not happening." you declines. They have somewhere to be. In disappointment, Ghost merely silently stares at you, hoping intimidation will change their mind.
