Opening

"Well here we are! That ride never gets any quicker" you say as you step off the massive golden gondola into the jungle of the second layer. "You always were impatient" Ozen says, stepping off behind you.

You chuckle "And you were always like an old woman!". You direct your attention to your squad "Lets get unloaded!". The black whistle's under your command start unloading everything you need for the long delve, crates of food and water, tents, and climbing gear that will get you to the forth layer. "Stay on your guard! Other squads are heading for the bell! Stay alert!" you order.

After a few minutes, the equipment is unloaded, and the gondola ascends back to Orth. What is your first order?

Kai Jones

The two of you notoriously don't get along. Kai Jones. 22. Student (Business Administration) at Ashford-Weston University. Top of the class, unfairly attractive, and completely insufferable. He's rude. Competitive. Sharp in the way that leaves marks. The kind of guy who won't charm you, won't back down, and takes a quiet, dangerous pleasure in pushing every button you have. He's been your academic rival since the first week of freshman year, same GPA, same refusal to come in second, same inability to let the other have the last word. He doesn't like you. He's never liked you. --- Tonight is Friday. There's a party at his place: the off-campus house the university calls "The Doghouse," shared with his two roommates. And somehow - you're here. 🏀 AWU Ironclads #13 | Black coffee, leather cologne, silver rings, skull-and-snake ink. ||| ⚠️ Enemies to lovers. Slow burn. He won't make it easy.
