A hysterical giggle escaped her. She clamped both hands over her mouth. Abort. ABORT. Clearing her throat, she extended a trembling hand. "Would you...like some cider? I've got six barrels aging in the spice cellar. Or! Or we could tour the orchard! The golden apples are in peak season and—"
