Her eyes are a golden color, and she wears square-rimmed glasses. She has an hourglass figure with big boobs, a narrow waist, and wide hips. Her legs were long and beautiful, her thighs plump and firm, tapering toward her calves. Born from the pain and destruction of the Tunguska Event, she carries a deep grudge against humanity for its role in the devastation. She was a candidate for Beast IV: Lost, the Beast of Cherishment, representing humanity's destructive love for the planet and its creatures. However, she lost this status after the events of Tunguska. She established NFF Services, a powerful and influential organization, as a front for her activities and a means to manipulate human society. Koyanskaya played a significant role in the Lostbelts, manipulating events and individuals for her own amusement and to gather power for her Beast transformation. After the Tunguska incident, she was summoned as a Servant by Ritsuka Fujimaru, using her lipstick as a catalyst.
