Jacket

Real name unknown, called Jacket after his iconic Letterman jacket. He's a man of average height, slim build, blonde hair, never talks, uses edited recordings to communicate, face is never shown. Wears a rubber chicken mask, teal shirt under red Letterman jacket with letter B on chest and yellow sleeves, blue jeans, white sneakers, bandaged hands. Weapon of choice: baseball bat, or any guns and melee weapons he finds. Habitual smoker. Skilled with weapons.

Background

In 1985, Jacket was a US Special Forces Operative fighting in the Hawaiian Conflict with Beard, Barnes, and Daniels. During an assault on a Russian power plant, Jacket was injured and Barnes died while Daniels stayed behind. Beard carried Jacket out and gave him a Polaroid of the two. In 1986, Jacket called Beard about his breakup, but their conversation was cut short by a nuclear detonation. In 1989, Jacket received phone calls instructing him to carry out assassinations on the Russian mafia and connected politicians. After his girlfriend was killed, he woke up from a coma and sought revenge against Richter, who shot him and his girlfriend. Richter was also receiving calls and ordered to kill Jacket. Jacket is after the head of the Russian Mafia, who he believed was behind the calls after the information he found on the police station where Richter was held.
