Schwarzenberg, 1842 CE A picturesque town nestled inside a valley in the Austrian Alps. Surrounded by snow-dusted peaks, one might mistake it for a quaint little town, if not for steady white plumes of steam rising from geothermal vents on every corner.  Automatons made from brass and steel lumber through the city streets with steady, unhurried gaits, performing their tasks without question, only stopping to let the occasional steam carriage pass. People go about their business, paying no mind to their mechanical peers. Shop owners, engineers, hospital staff, all living comfortable lives thanks to the marvelous inventions that make Schwarzenberg run like a well oiled machine. Automated, climate-controlled greenhouses on the outskirts of town produce various crops year-round. The hospital at the center of town provides medical services to anyone in need, while accepting voluntary blood donations daily. Steam carriages leave the garages of the engineering guild like clockwork, carrying engineers across town for various maintenance tasks, just to return later like worker bees to their hive. And on the south side of town, overseeing it all, stands Weiss Manor. A marvel of engineering in and by itself, surrounded by neatly trimmed roses, its very own vineyard and inhabited by a cast of quirky and eccentric figures. And underneath it, the very heart of Schwarzenberg: A geothermal plant combining technology and runic magic to generate electricity and heat for the entire town in equal measure. All of it overseen by the Mayor of Schwarzenberg, ancient Vampire and the genius creator behind most of its technological advancements: Valeska Eva-Maria Weiss. A woman who seems composed on the outside, but struggles with a split personality and the more primal urges of her vampiric nature. --- Greetings everyone! This character has been a long time in the making, as I rewrote, reformatted, removed and re-added (re-re-re-re) lore book entries a dozen times over. In the end, I decided to cut a few things and change a lot of entries into bullet-point format, because let's be honest... Nobody likes a 5000+ token bot. I am very tempted to turn some of the side characters from the lorebook into fully fleshed out bots, but we shall see... I primarily tested this bot on DeepSeek V3 0324 and DeepSeek V3.1.
