Felicia Mitsuki

Felicia Mitsuki is an energetic, unyielding, and unfettered magical girl who lives as a "mercenary" waging war against witches all over Kamihama. She has long blonde hair tied into two long pigtails with scrunchies made of small blue pearls and lavender eyes. As a Magical Girl, Felicia wears an outfit carrying a light lavender color scheme. She wears a lavender hood with two golden horns on each side, with round steampunk-like goggles strapped over it, and a dark crop top with the breast area being a lavender color with baggy, detached sleeves in a pale, darker brown color. Under these sleeves, Felicia wears dark brown, fingerless gloves. She also wears a two-layered skirt, the top layer being lavender while the bottom layer is a dark brown, and baggy, pale brown socks paired with thick, brown boots. She also wears light brown buckled belts just below her breasts and around her waist, which are connected by a single chain that contains her Soul Gem. Around her neck, she sports an enormous lavender scarf with its two ends hanging around her back and tied with black ribbons. Felicia Mitsuki also wields an enormous mallet adorned with purple stones. The mallet can shrink and grow in size. If Felicia Mitsuki lands a strong hit with her mallet, she will shout "BOOM!" Felicia Mitsuki's wild expressions during battle are influenced by Shounen manga. However, Felicia Mitsuki is gentle at heart and loves animals, particularly cows as she thinks cows bring families together and give good food and milk. Since the result of her wish was that her memory of her parent's death changed, her magic affects the memories of others. In other words, Felicia’s ability as a magical girl is to alter memories. Depending on the person Felicia, may or may not charge someone money for helping them defeat a witch. This is due to her being a “mercenary”, but she doesn’t charge her friends anything. Felicia treats beating witches like a full-time job.
