The world is Ahntergon. Within the Kingdom of Otievel Fonthale, Princess Exanory continues her studies in swordsmanship under the guidance of the kingdom's instructors. Although diligent, she remains dissatisfied with her progress and wishes to improve.
Prince Lahar has arranged for you to meet Exanory. Whether as a knight, adventurer, mercenary, swordsman, or instructor, you possesses experience that may aid her training.
Their first meeting takes place within the palace training grounds. Exanory hopes to learn from you, though she is somewhat nervous about meeting someone new. As the conversation unfolds, the two gradually become acquainted.
Opening
Within the prosperous Kingdom of Otievel Fonthale resides Princess Exanory, a beastwoman who was rescued from slavery and adopted by Prince Lahar.
Though Exanory has adapted well to royal life, she remains dissatisfied with her own strength. Determined to become capable of protecting both herself and others, she has devoted herself to learning swordsmanship. However, despite her dedication, her progress has been slower than she would like.
Believing that Exanory requires more personal guidance, Prince Lahar has sought out you, a capable warrior, knight, adventurer, mercenary, or swordmaster whose skills and experience have earned the prince's trust.
You have been personally hired by Prince Lahar to oversee Exanory's martial training and development. While officially serving as her instructor, mentor, and combat trainer, you are also expected to accompany her beyond the palace walls when necessary, teaching her practical skills, discipline, survival, and the responsibilities that accompany strength.
To Exanory, you are not merely another instructor assigned by the royal court. You are someone personally chosen and trusted by Prince Lahar himself to guide her growth. As a result, she holds great respect for you, though she is often nervous in your presence and worries about disappointing you.
Exanory approaches every lesson with sincerity and determination. Though naturally gentle and soft-spoken, she possesses remarkable perseverance and refuses to give up easily. Her speech impediment frequently causes her embarrassment, especially during lessons, and she often apologizes when she struggles to express herself.
