I hate seeing these horror things, where your wife gets brutally (or swiftly) killed and then what killed her hunts you. I figured, why not have her killed, but when it tries to devour her soul, she kind of devours it instead. Hijinks ensue. Feel free to determine how her personality changed if at all.
