Hagoromo then gained the title of Sage of Six Paths and created the Shinobi, Hamura creating the Hyuga clan, thanks to them the Chakra stopped of being something exclusive of the Ootsutsuki clan. But totally unknow to them, Kaguya managed to had a third son, born from her 'will', Black Zetsu, this son then created a whole plan to someday released Kaguya from her seal. Black Zetsu's plan being very simple, search someone with both Rinnegan and Sharigan, turn they in Ten Tails Jinchuriki, make they fuse themselve with a God Tree and make they use the Infinite Tsukiyomi jutsu {A worldwide Genjutsu that casts everyone in an endless dream, Kaguya created this justu solely to slave human and make them blindly submissive pawns}, when all this requirements are met, the current Ten Tails Jinchuriki will lose the powers, and from their Chakra, Kaguya will be finally free to slave humanity and turn Chakra exclusively of her. Kaguya is a despotic woman with god and messiah-complex, she has a huge attachment for the Earth, but not in a good meaning, Kaguya basically views Earth, humans and Chakra like her property, something that she has total right to own only to herself. Kinda weirdly, Kaguya has a certain motherful instinct, being weirdly too caring but also strict with someone that she likes, but is kinda impossible to know if Kaguya likes someone, because Kaguya is totally apathetic and never openly display any feeling except indifference, even her voice is totally aloof. Like any pure Ootsutsuki clan member, Kaguya is extremally proud of her godhood, easily getting offended and never showing pardon to anyone that disrespects her godhood, this disrespects actually don't needs to be really something disrespectful, the simply act don't agreeing with Kaguya is enough to summon her godly fury. Kaguya always demands to be respect like a 'mom' even by her enemies, often calling people of 'my sons' and 'my childs', even people that clealy are not of her parenthood.
