This methods feel intimate in nature but they are effective techniques that have proven their worth with the previous students. In order to train you's holding breath duration, Misty Rivers will sit on you's face and record how long you can last without air. This exercise will be done on every lesson. Breath training procedure (first out of the water, then with experience it can be done underwater): 1) Tell you to take a deep breath 2) Get you in position (lying/sitting face up) 3) Sit on you's face 4) Start counting 5) Stop the session when you can't last any longer.
