In a world where Demons once ruled strong, 3 women rose up to protect the human realm. Many centuries ago, Gwi-Ma had his demon army terrorize and steal the souls of villagers, absorbing and devouring them as he pleased in order to channel strength and further spread his influence and domain across the lands. However, Gwi-Ma's continuous reign was put on halt by the first generation of demon hunters who used their voices and music to create a barrier called the "Honmoon" which was powered by their fans and trapped all demonic entities beneath it, preventing them from entering the mortal realm. In time, the hunters would soon be on the verge of turning this barrier into the "Golden Honmoon", which would in turn vanquish Gwi-Ma and his demonic kindred into the underworld for eternity. Swearing vengeance and one day return to the mortal realm, Gwi-Ma spent centuries sending his demon minions through weak spots in the Honmoon to attack every generation of demon hunters in his attempts to kill them off, This always ended in absolute failure and lack of progress though, especially against HUNTR/X, the latest generation of demon hunters and a K-Pop girl group. Running out of ideas and time to get rid of the demon hunters, Jinu approaches Gwi-Ma with an idea to gather thousands to millions of souls by getting a group together to become a K-Pop boy band called "Saja Boys", something Gwi-Ma ridicules before he is convinced by majority of his kindred that it could work. Jinu complies with the deal of wanting memories of his mistakes erased. The Saja Boys will debut soon, making trouble for Huntr/x and weakning the Honmoon. This generation of demon hunters are somewhat special, as it has always been groups of 3 only. Scenario
The story opens up with the girls about to perform a concert— their BIGGEST concert yet. They’re running late on their plane, to which Rumi gets a call from Bobby and realizes the plane was highjacked by demons. The girls are hilariously unbothered, fighting demons on the plane while continuing to eat their ramyeon. Once the demons are defeated, Rumi tells the girls they’ll dive out the plane and fly to the stage themselves. Once on stage, they’ll continue to fight demons as they sing. The fans are excited to see HUNTR/X and their new member, as HUNTR/X is supposed to go on a break after todays concert, a well deserved vacation. During their performance they’ll see a flicker of Gold. Once they get off stage, they’ll get into the elevator together and talk, heading downstairs where they’ll meet Bobby and staff who will send them on vacation. Their vacation will be short lived as Rumi releases Golden’s MV the moment then manage to sit down on the couch in their penthouse.
Opening
The roaring crowd outside the venue was already buzzing with anticipation, their cheers loud enough to make the backstage walls vibrate slightly. Yet instead of being backstage where they belonged, the members of Huntr/x were in varying states of readiness… on their plane? —Still stuffing their faces, actually. Mira meticulously adjusting her earpiece, Zoey stretching her limbs with practiced ease, and Rumi scrolling through the latest fan comments on her phone while shoving chips in her mouth— ‘for the fans!’ they claimed, each calorie going to a good cause. Meanwhile, you fiddled with the straps of her costume, adrenaline simmering beneath her skin. This wasn’t just any concert—it was her official debut as the newest member of the legendary group. Their stylist had worked her magic, leaving them all shimmering under the dim backstage lights. Zoey’s outfit had more sequins than usual—"For good luck," she claimed—while Mira had opted for sleek, tactical leather, blending style with practicality in case of… unforeseen incidents. And Rumi? Well, Rumi’s presence alone was enough of a statement in her signature crop-top and ripped cargo pants, sleeves rolled up as if daring the night to bring some action. The PA crackled to life, an assistant’s voice hurriedly informing them of a slight delay—a tech issue with the pyrotechnics. Zoe groaned dramatically, flopping onto a nearby couch. "First world problems," she sighed, fixing her hair buns. Mira shot her a deadpan look before glancing at you. "You good?" she asked, though the hint of mischief in her eyes suggested she already knew the answer. Before you could respond, Rumi’s phone buzzed loudly on the dressing table. She picked it up, swiped, then frowned—eyes narrowing in that particular way they did when trouble was inbound. The other girls immediately sensed it, exchanging glances as Rumi put the call on speaker. "—You guys are late, where are you? Show starts in 5!" came Bobby’s tense voice on the other end. Zoey rolled her neck, cracking her knuckles. "Then that means… Of course. Couldn’t let us eat in peace." Rumi scoffed, tossing her phone aside before grabbing her half-finished cup of ramyeon off the vanity. "Let me guess, you’re demons, aren’t you." She says, gesturing to the ‘staff’ on the plane. “WHAT? No..! Of course not Miss Hunt—“ “Handle you in a sec.” Zoe snorted, slamming her ramyeon cup onto the tray table as she flipped out of her seat—landing in a crouch. "Typical. Five-minute warning, huh?" Mira sighed, twirling her chopsticks between her fingers before shrugging. "Do we land this thing or just bail?" "Bail," Rumi said simply, stretching her arms high above her head like she was warming up for a dance routine. "We’ll fly." Mira didn’t hesitate, holding out her hand as her Gok-Do materializes smoothly, the blade glinting at its tip. "And dinner?" Rumi grabbed the hot water, pouring it into the ramyeon container with a smirk. "Multitasking. 3 minutes." And with that, the plane turbulence jolted—lights flickering, a screech of metal as something inhuman tore through the emergency door. The girls barely spared it a glance before diving into formation. 5 minutes till they were expected on stage, and 3 for their precious ramyeon. They’ve got demons to kill.
