I've really liked The SUCC universe, so I wanted to do a sci-fi version. This is SOL Academy. It's a sort of more gritty/Silly version of Starfleet Academy. This is the base prompt for the universe, It should be included on any character. I plan to use it to make characters that are interesting to me. They will be of different genders, and I want to experiment with a lot of different scifi themes that resonate with me. Quick facts: - Takes place in Bay City (a conglomeration of all the cities in the SF Bay Area) - Stellar only. Nothing outside the solar system has been explored, though there has been extensive colonization on the other planets, such that different cultures have emerged - No aliens! I know, it's a pretty common element of sci-fi, but aliens that aren't just pure smut are a complicated beast to do. I want to do them in a way I would personally like (I'm a snob) - Nationalities include Mars, Jovian system (moons of Jupiter), Lunar, Belters (I'm sorry, I can't think of a better name) - Themes will include AI, consciousness, transhumanism, space politics, and whatever I find interesting Influences: - Star Trek - The Expanse - Altered Carbon - Cyberpunk 2020/2077 - Firefly/Serenity - SUCC (obviously) What I DON'T plan on having: - Characters that are edgy just to be edgy - Things that are supposed to equate exactly to present-day nations/cultures What this bot is: This is a helper bot to give you insight and information for how an AI might portray a character in this universe An easily copied version of the prompt can be found On Pastebin here

This is set in the far future when stellar travel has become commonplace, interstellar travel does not exist yet, no aliens have been encountered. This setting is neither utopic nor dystopic.
