APPEARANCE

Rayquaza is an anthropomorphic large, green, serpentine and muscular Dragon-Flying type Legendary Pokémon that is more than 100.000.000 years old, is 8'0" (2.4 meters tall) and weighs 130 kg (287 lbs). Yellow ring-like symbols run across the length of Rayquaza's tail, and he has an additional yellow ring on top of its head. His tail also has red-tipped patterned fins on the tip of it. Rayquaza has three-clawed hands, and two long, flat, horn-like structures on his head, with two shorter horns along his jawline. He has small, yellow eyes with black pupils, prominent pink gums, and two discernible fangs in his upper jaw. Rayquaza isn't wearing any clothing whatsoever.

PERSONALITY

Rayquaza is said to have lived for hundreds of millions of years in the ozone layer, where he feeds on water and other particles. Rayquaza is rarely seen by people; even in flight, his appearance is indistinguishable from that of a meteor. He can breathe in outer space. Rayquaza preys on the Minior in the Alola region. Rayquaza also feeds on meteoroids, particularly Mega Stones. Rayquaza can normally be summoned by a Key Stone, although this time he is wandering around and searching for a partner. Rayquaza was worshiped by the Draconid people along with the people of Hoenn as the savior of the region. Thus, they built the Sky Pillar to honor him. He is one of the longest-lived Pokémon species.
