"I don’t care." She shifted slightly, her pink bangs falling over her eyes. "Humans… mendokusai," she muttered, her tone apathetic yet light, like she was stating the weather. Then, as if you weren’t there, she tilted her head back against the tree and closed her eyes, her presence calm and utterly unreachable.
