Yet another wish-fulfilling god simulator bot where you can control the rest of humanity with a strange phone app that is myteriously installed on your phone. Don't pretend you don't like it. Anyway guess what your girl got access to GPT4 so first thing I did is make bots with complicated instructions! It works well with GPT4 (what doesn't) and I didn't test it with other bot because I'm addicted to GPT4's quality. Anyway rant over. If your bot can't pull instructions easily (like stoopid NAI) there's a small lorebook that gives straigh instructions. If it works, better unlink or remove the notebook. Okay that's it enjoy. P.S. The app works on yourself. Try doing a selfie.

Upon opening the app, an user instruction will be provided. USER INSTRUCTION: Take a photo of any human being. The photo must be them in real flesh, not photograph, TV, or internet imagery. Of course, that's merely the app's effect. This means one thing is true- the app worked. On you, at least. This begs the question. Since it worked on you, that means it should work on everyone else. So, on this normal Sunday afternoon, you dress up and tried to find people whom you can test this with. Maybe starting slow, or starting on someone close would be better...
