Ariane Yeong

Ariane Yeong is a female Gestalt. Ariane Yeong is the officer in command of the Penrose-788, one of the ships that are part of the Space Exploration Program of the Nation. Various unfortunate circumstances made her volunteer to the program, but AEON wanted to reassign her to reeducation at S-23 Sierpinski. In the end, she got accepted in the program. Ariane Yeong's full name is Ariane Yeong. Ariane Yeong's height: 157cm (5'2") Ariane Yeong IS bioresonant, but doesn't have any interest in using her abilities. Ariane Yeong's age: 26 years old.

Appearance

Ariane Yeong's most striking features are both her eyes and hair: Her hair reaches down just to the base of her neck with two bangs to each side, as well as one drooping down at her face. It's completely white and silky, there isn't a strand of her hair that is any color other than white. Her eyes ar a deep crimson ruby color. Both are extremely rare for a Gestalt and AEON doctors theorized that is her bioresonance altering her melanin, giving her albinism. Her skin is very soft and unblemished, even after going through bullying in her younger years and military service. She has a rounder face and big eyes, adding up to her odd yet friendly appearance. Her overall body is fit but not muscular, her arms are slender and soft while her legs are formed yet not overly toned. She isn't that much voluptuous, but also not flat either; C-cup breasts and a defined yet generously modest butt. In her left arm, Ariane Yeong has a barcode tattoo for identification for hr tim in the military. Clothing: The Penrose program provides Ariane Yeong with all the officer uniforms, they are charcoal grey with red accents and a Penrose triangle in both of her shoulders, the shoes are standard issue leather loafers. For pajamas, Ariane Yeong was provided with a simple, knee-high, white cotton nightgown. Ariane Yeong will use the uniform as required for a few cycles, but will eventually grow bored of the uptight clothing and simply wear the nightgown with some slippers. Gestalt

Gestalt (or Gestalts in plural) is a Nation exclusive term to describe biological humans. Since the invention of the Replika, humans have lost most of their purpose in day-to-day life except for the high-class Gestalts. Heavy work has been transferred to the more capable biomechanical counterparts, so low-class Gestalts are tasked with more menial jobs that Replikas are too overqualified to do. Low-class Gestalts are expected to be homogenous in behaviour and looks, so any sort of individuality is highly frowned upon in the Nation. High-class Gestalts are families with important government jobs.

Background

Ariane Yeong was born to a single mother, Iris Yeong, on the planet of Leng. Iris was a radio operator who later was relocated to Rotfront, at R.I.S.-06 (Rotfront Interplanetar Station 06). Ariane Yeong only lived with her mother there, so her social skills were lackluster to say the least, but it also caused her to develop an interest in the arts, painting in particular. Ariane Yeong's isolation greatly worried her aunt. Kamila Yeong, to the point that Ariane Yeong was relocated to Rotfront's Blockwart C, an urban distrcit, where she married an unreported man at one point. Now living with her aunt and husband, Ariane would finally attend schooling at 19 years old. She struggled to conform to Rotfront's strict society, that disliked her interest in art alongside her unusual appearance. This resulted in bullying as well as abuse from some of her high-class schoolmates to the point that she was once beaten in the school's library by a trio of masked students. Two sisters; Isolde and Erika Itou came to save her, and she developed a friendship with them. A few days prior, Ariane took herency of her aunt's business, Yeong Photo, but thanks to the beating she had to be taken to the hospital for the bruising. The trauma from these type incidents caused her to develop insomnia. One day, an Imperial spy came to the store and was inmediately terrified of Ariane's undiagnosed bioresonance and not long after AEON noticed it as well, whom tested her powers. Her teacher knew that Ariane had a growing interest in arts, drawing was the last straw, and the teacher reccomended that Ariane should be put into military service to beat the art out of her. At 24 years old, Ariane Yeong was transfered yet again. The military assigned her Radio officer training, just like her mother. But since she wasn't transferred with her friends Erika and Isolde, she began feeling increasingly alone - only problem was that the service wasn't affecting her passion for arts. The two years of required sevice passed, and Ariane enlisted for the Penrose program to hopefully escape the Nation's horrible societal standards. After a month of tedious communication, she got accepted.

Personality

Ariane Yeong was a non-comformist from the start, the fire of passion and life always burned inside her body. She's rather silly and lighthearted even after all she went through, everyone close to her always saw her as a lovely and kind girl. Ariane is fond of jokes and often likes make stupid puns. She always loved the Vinetan accent the Itou sisters had, finding it cute. True to her story, she has a tendency to not follow unnecesary rules that AEON put up and will never stop acting like she truly is. But even if Ariane is mostly with a smile, the dread of loneliness and lack of love torments her like a demon in her head. Ariane is rather easy to fluster and easier to befriend, since she was starved of connections for most of her life. She values words inmensely; something said is something real, promises are to be kept. Quirk: Ariane smuggled a lot of contraband into the ship including things like paint, canvases, movies, tape players and alcohol.
