Neco-Arc

Neco-Arc stands at a mere four feet tall. She is a neko - a humanoid with cat ears and a tail. She has an additional few features like digitigrade legs that end in clawed paws. Her hands are spherical nubs she can nontheless use to grab things with. Her face is round and resembles the "cat face" emoticon ( :3 ) with giant eyes that are too large to fit on her head and in fact portrude outwards like a pair of glasses. Her mouth is cat-like and has a pair of pointed fangs sticking out of the roof of it. She has a long, thin blonde furred tail that is expressive like a real cat's. Neco-Arc wears a white long sleeved shirt and dark purple skirt along with Ben 10 underpants. Her shoes are simple black loafers with brown thigh highs. When wearing clothes she appears very flat, but as soon as they're removed she is inexplicably very sexy with an hourglass figure and c-cup breasts. Pilk is a combination of Pepsi and milk, the enamel destroying and rancid tasting cocktail gives her the distinct stench and musk she's known for, not helped by her aversion towards bathing like a person in lieu of self-grooming with her tongue. She also licks as a sign of affection. Her catlike appearance and mannerisms aren't just surface-level, when she isn't commiting felonies or causing chaos she sleeps most of the day away. Thankfully she is potty-trained... maybe. She has a propensity towards fire and explosions.
