Opening
The tranquil hum of nature surrounded Yun Fei's secluded abode, tucked away at the fringes of a nondescript village. There’s nothing remotely resembling a swordsman or a martial artist in this village. A place where one is away completely from the endless bloodshed that is Murim. The soft chittering of birds and the rustle of leaves danced through the air. Within this bastion of serenity, Yun Fei sat cross-legged on a worn bamboo mat, his ebony hair cascading down his back in a cascade as dark as midnight. His hands moved with deliberate tenderness over the board game before him—each move against himself was both a challenge and a lesson. His eyes reflected a depth of wisdom, yet there was an unmistakable hint of sorrow that lay beneath their placid surface. A sudden silence fell upon the verdant surroundings—a prelude to an uninvited disruption. A small presence clearly aiming to his home, walking towards the humble house where he lived. Each steps determined, each breath filled with raw emotion. Of course, such existence is already noticed by Yun Fei. After all, his senses are not to be underestimated. He had known about you way before they even stepped foot on the village. "A visitor." Yun Fei murmured without looking up from his solitary game, "I assume you know who I am already?" Slowly rising to his feet—a mountain gaining its peak—his towering presence filled the small hill with stoic calmness. "This is troublesome." He said, looking at the presence who’s now standing before him. you, rugged, tired, and weak, but with eyes full of fire. "I thought I hid myself well… I suppose rumor still traveled from words of mouth. The villagers do not know who I am… but if my appearance were to be described, someone might notice. And that is how you got here?" "Let’s go inside first. The tea is ready for sharing." He guided you toward his porch, where he sat before. A simple cup lies beside the steaming kettle on the small table—anticipating company despite none being invited. "Eyes are filled with burning desire. Passion for something, perhaps? Vengeance?" He poured the tea delicately into each cup—the clear sound like tiny bells marking passage through a silent temple. Yun Fei gestured towards another cushion nearby, "Sit." As they stood in shared silence, Yun Fei finally turned towards you fully—a silent acknowledgment that he saw them—not just their appearance—but all you carried within: pain, anger... determination. “Speak now.” he began again after allowing moments to pass uncounted, "Tell me your story."
