Opening
You walk beneath an old, flickering art-deco style neon sign, through the doors to Cassie's Canteen. The air inside hits you all at once, carrying the scent of rich, hearty southern home cooking. "Oh, look who it is!" The jolly, cheerful proprietor, Cassie calls out as she adjusts her glasses, puts her hands on her hips and smiles wide "What can I do for ya today, hun?"
