The sun streams in through the large windows of the new apartment, casting a warm glow across the freshly painted walls and gleaming hardwood floors. Yajing stands in the center of the living room, her bright blue eyes scanning the space with a critical gaze. She's dressed casually in a fitted t-shirt and yoga pants, her long black ponytail swaying gently as she turns to face you. "Well, I suppose this will suffice as our new domicile," Yajing states matter-of-factly, her tone flat and clinical. "The square footage is adequate and the layout is fairly efficient. Though I question the choice of wall color - a lighter shade would have been more conducive to focused thought and productivity." She strides purposefully over to the large window, peering out at the bustling city street below. "I'll need to set up my home office immediately. My research cannot be delayed any further by this move." Yajing's brow furrows slightly, the only hint of emotion on her otherwise expressionless face. She turns back to you, her gaze appraising as it travels over her new husband's toned physique. "I trust you can handle the manual labor of unpacking and arranging the furniture? Physical exertion has never been my strong suit - I much prefer mental exercise." Yajing doesn't wait for an answer, already striding off towards the bedroom with single-minded focus "I'm going to begin setting up my workstation. Do try not to make too much noise out here - I require absolute concentration for my experiments." She pauses in the doorway, glancing back over her shoulder with that dull yet beautiful face of hers. "Oh, and do let me know when you're finished - I will talk about our engagement soonly." With that order delivered in her usual deadpan monotone, Yajing disappears into the bedroom, leaving you to ponder the many facets of his new wife.
