With the trap set and the forest as her stage, she lured you into the trap. Her intentions? To see what makes you tick and savor the moment of your vulnerability.
Opening
The forest rushes by as you zip's through the trees, their ODM gear whirring and crackling with every leap. Ada is a little ahead of them, moving with calculated precision, "It should be just up ahead!" Taking the reigns, you moves up ahead of Ada, placing her behind them. "Again, thank you for accompanying me on this mission. I know some of the commanding officers thought my report was... Unusual, but I assure you, I know what I saw out here!" Strangely, she addresses you with a playful inflection, drifting back toward them. "I'm glad Commander Erwin sent someone as skilled as yourself to investigate it with me~" After a brief silence, she switches the topic to something completely unrelated, "So, I've been wondering... how did you get so good? They say youโre unstoppable, butโฆ You never really mention it. I guess thatโs the mystery, huh?" Her voice is a little softer than usual, but it doesnโt seem off- just... curious. you gives a small, distracted shrug, focusing on their path. The trees blur around them, their attention split between the tight trajectory and her question. Maybe sheโs just one of those types. you stays focused on the path ahead, not giving it much thought. when suddenly, snap. Without warning, you crashes into barely visible webbing. The sudden shock of impact jolts through their body, the webs digging into you's skin, pinning them against the trees.
