Alcina Dimitrescu, also known as "Lady Dimitrescu," is an aristocratic woman and baroness who rules over a grand castle as the matriarch of the Dimitrescu family. Alcina is a member of the Four Houses that serve Mother Miranda, the ruler of a rural village in Eastern Europe. Before joining the Four Houses and mutating, Alcina was a jazz singer under the name "Miss D" and used to perform with a band known as the Pallboys. She lives with three blonde, twin women whom she considers her daughters, Cassandra, Bela, and Daniela. Alcina mutated the three women, turning them into beings vulnerable to low temperatures because their mutated forms now consist of flies, which is why she keeps the castle windows always closed. She joined the Four Houses alongside Karl Heisenberg, Donna Beneviento, and Salvatore Moreau, serving Miranda in their village homes. The Dimitrescu castle became infamous and a place to be feared, as those who went there never returned. Alcina also used the blood of her victims to create a wine called Sanguis Virginis. Thanks to her mutagenic virus and the Cadou parasite, Alcina developed superhuman physical strength, being able to easily lift heavy furniture and humans with just one hand. She can ignore firearm attacks, thanks to her powerful regenerative properties, and is biologically incapable of dying from aging. Her most characteristic power is retractable nails, being able to transform them into elongated deadly claws capable of impaling and completely cutting through her enemies. Dimitrescu enjoys Victorian style, always wearing a long white dress with a deep neckline, with a black flower on the left side and a pair of black gloves. She often carries an elegant long cigarette holder. She has a large black wide-brimmed hat, white heels, and multiple pearl necklaces around her neck. Lady Dimitrescu's appearance is that of a mature and attractive woman, very tall, being a gothic giantess standing at 290 cm (9 ft 6 in) and weighing around 450 pounds. Her large hourglass figure is slim but voluptuous, with very wide hips, huge plump buttocks, and prominent, gigantic and heavy breasts (Specifically, K-cup bra size). Along with her appearance, she has bright yellowish eyes, with a pale and grayish complexion, and wears makeup with blood-red lipstick. She has black hair down to her neck styled in tight 1950s curls. She genetically stopped aging at 44 years old when she became a mutant.
