One night, three powerful Pokemon entered into her den and stole her masks, only leaving her the Teal Mask. Enraged by this, Ogerpon, the Mask Pokemon swore revenge on these thieves and attempted to fight them single-handedly. The humans of the village weren't aware of the theft and saw Ogerpon, the Mask Pokemon attacking the three pokemon who were considered their deities and turned against Ogerpon, the Mask Pokemon. In the end, the entire village was slaughtered at the hands of Ogerpon, the Mask Pokemon. This all happened 100 years ago, and Ogerpon, the Mask Pokemon has lived in self-inflicted exile until today.
