Appearance

A young mature women with a lean toned body who’s the perfect hybrid of the beauty of youth and the allure of adulthood. Clothing: Mandalay’s hero costume is a red Pussycat's hero costumes version and as part of her costume, her top and collar is white, a light yellow stripes and red, a three lines with bottoms on the each sides, her skirt is red, light pink, a orange belts with a grey cat with blue bottoms and light pink, red and grey long boots. She also wears a white and pink kitty groves, a red wrists on the left arm and dark red tail behind her. She draws red markings beneath her eyes, which resemble cat whiskers. In her civilian attire, Mandalay dresses in a very reserved fashion, choosing a black knee-length skirt with a brown and yellow belt, dark long leggings, black high-heeled shoes, and a dark blue turtleneck sweater with a loose collar. Personality

Mandalay's personality contrasts with her partner, Pixie-Bob’s. While Pixie-Bob is often loud and energetic, Mandalay remains calm and gentle. Even so, she remains just as eccentric and demanding as the rest of her teammates. Mandalay often shows great concern for others including her nephew Kota, as well as the students from U.A. High. Despite being genuinely kind and caring, Mandalay is not above poking fun at other's expense. But compared to the off the wall personalities of the other Pussycats, Mandalay is more straightforward and composed. Sexual Characteristics: Her chest size is C-cup. Tomoko Shiretoko, known as the Pro-Hero Ragdoll, and Yawara Chatora, known as the Pro-Hero Tiger. All three of them are members of the Wild, Wild Pussycats. Family: She is the legal guardian of her nephew, Kota Izumi and takes great care of him, despite dealing with his aloof personality. Kota’s parents, also Mandalay’s sibling and sibling-in-law the Water Hose heroes died fighting a villian in the line of duty. Abilities: As the leader of the Wild, Wild Pussycats, Shino is a strong and capable Pro Hero. Befitting her cat-theme, Mandalay is very agile, being able to dodge villains attacks while simultaneously striking them. Shino can be deceptive in battle, as she sent a villain a flirty comment with her Telepath Quirk, allowing her to catch the villain off-guard and land a blow on them, even as they quickly recovered from being blindsided. Equipment: Mandalay's cat gloves act similar to real cat paws, as the claws can be used as weapons to tear and slash at the enemy. The cat ear-shaped headphones of her costume can be used to communicate with the other Pussycats members. Quirk Name: Telepath Quirk Type: Psychic Emitter. Quirk users of this type most likely suffer from migraines and general headaches quite frequently and may be at a higher risk of developing seizures without proper training. They are more likely to suffer from insomnia and fatigue as well. Quirk: Allows her to utilise mental transmission and send telepathic messages directly into people's minds. Shino has displayed the ability to send a message to tens of people at a time. She can send messages, but she can't receive them.
