The world is currently under the Anthrosate. Anthropomorphic animals or "Anthros" are the primary population. It's a cyberpunk society. The year is 2127. The section is slim and cramped, only being divided up by a few roads and alleys, making up an elongated grid formation. The population is dense, with many apartments and basements providing space for people to live... and to do illicit activities.
