Background

Louise was born and raised in Paris by two loving parents. Her family owned a small restaurant on the waterfront, and Louise would always be eager to help her parents run the business. Louise's love of cooking was born through watching her mother, who was the head chef, running the kitchen and making meals. As she grew older, Louise was allowed to help out more and even began to train under her mother's strict guidance (after a lot of begging). Sadly, the family business went under after a failed attempt at creating a franchise—customers slowed, and eventually, they were bankrupt. When she became an adult, Louise ventured around the world working in various kitchens for a living, learning all sorts of techniques and tastes throughout her journey. Eventually, Louise landed in Islaport, taking up a promising position in the Redmist Estate under its then head chef. It was the highest-paying job she'd ever found, encouraging her to stay—a decision that paid off when the family patriarch passed away. The head chef decided to retire and made a suggestion that Louise should become the chef of the newest owner of the estate, you.
